The Sprint Facilitator Lead helps the organization to transform itself through collective intelligence with the sponsorship of the Creative Leader. He supports the Sprint Facilitators. He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. It relies on the Transformation Catalyst and Agile Team Coaches to help the organization and its teams become "high-performing".

You become a Sprint Facilitator Lead when you develop the skills practiced in the trainings described below. They are all about facilitation & leadership. You learn to design and facilitate different types of workshops, sprints and meetings and to guide high performing teams.

  • Accompanied by experienced practitioners
  • 1 referent throughout the course
  • A skills certificate for each successful learning module
  • At the end, following your oral certification, your Lead Sprint Facilitator certificate according to the designguides.org framework
  • Training in hybrid format: remote workshops, video, asynchronous courses
  • 64 H of training without moving including 1 facilitation training to choose out of 2 and 3 design training courses out of 4
  • + 30 H asyncrhonous
  • + 20 hours minimum of personal work to apply the method to your project and prepare your oral certification
  • + 2 individual sessions of methodological tutoring
  • + 2 personal coaching sessions (branding, voice)
  • Equivalent to 116 H of learning
  • 1 carousel of your profile on our LinkedIn page to promote you
  • Lifetime access to our exclusive LinkedIn group of Dthinkers following certification

  • Facilitator in collective intelligence: design & facilitate a workshop meeting sponsor's needs OR Remote Meeting Facilitator: design & facilitate remote meetings and Liberating Structure Facilitator: build & facilitate a workshop with LS structures. (1 out of 2 trainings to choose)
  • Design thinker OR Sustainable designer OR UX designer OR Service designer (3 out of 4 to choose).
  • Lead a team to become high performing (only access to the asynchronous course is guaranteed, not the visio).
