Innovation and transformation are done by individuals in successive teams: from leadership to operational. Each of these teams is based on roles, operating methods & deliverables. Sprints, workshops, meetings allow in iteration to deliver. These teams are themselves iterating among themselves. Efficiency comes from framing, preparing and facilitating each time of collaborative work. This model offers validated, context-adjusted and facilitated formats. The challenge is to link the teams together to achieve end-to-end innovations. The transformation takes place through design, through innovation. It puts individuals into action within teams. This is our intention through training, training-action and support for teams.
