I help organizations avoid putting the cart before the horse by assisting them in understanding in depth the human-related dimensions of their challenges. I support decision makers and teams in gathering, analyzing and leveraging users' needs in order to ensure the best choices are made, implemented and adopted by all stakeholders, be they external or internal.

A former Bain & Company consultant, I hold a Stanford MBA and have been successfully offering consulting services since 2015. A Design Thinking lecturer at the Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva, I have also been an online teaching team member for the Stanford LEAD Executive Certificate (focusing on corporate innovation) for the past seven years. I hold a Prosci certification in Change Management.

After an engineering training enriched by 6 years abroad (Canada, Argentina, Tunisia), I worked in a large telecom group as a strategic analyst. From 2017 I apply design thinking in my intra and entrepreneurial projects.

Today, as an expert in gamification, I use these tools and this state of mind on a daily basis, at the service of users and customers. Since the beginning of 2020 I have been training in design thinking and supporting sprints, facilitating the collective intelligence of teams.

Colombian/British, with more than 20 years of international professional experience, in the public and private sectors. Specialised in international stakeholder engagement and human rights, I focus on projects related to sustainable development. My passion is social impact innovation, and my work includes helping BCorp's as a BLeader. Engineer by training enriched by a master's degree in Innovation Management, I was able to evolve for 3 years in different companies as a Product Manager to be closer to the customer. Since 2018 I have been applying design thinking in my intra and entrepreneurial projects.

Today as a facilitator for startups in incubators, I use these tools and this state of mind on a daily basis, to allow entrepreneurs to offer a service/product most suited to their target customers.

Since the beginning of 2021, I have been training in design thinking and supporting sprints, facilitating the collective intelligence of teams.

Bold and passionate, I discovered Design Thinking in 2019, trained and became a facilitator in 6 months!

Aside from these crazies, since 2017 I have been a Theater Improv trainer (which I have been practicing since 2012) and public speaking. I am also a gamifier (that is to say, creator of fun mechanisms for learning or work situations)

My primary goal: to use my multiple hats to involve people by creating smiles and connections and by motivating potential .‍

Coming from an Agile culture, I know how much a "User Centric" or more simply "Human centric" state of mind can bring a lot of value to teams, customers and organizations.

Listening to others in their research, I accompany the teams by helping them to grow in order to better blossom professionally and personally. I also help them by training them on new practices. I pay particular attention in coaching and training to give meaning to what is shared and facilitate learning with games and visuals as often as possible.

Oana's over 15 years of experience in Software Development and System Management led her choice to Agile, as the most effective approach for 21st century leading organizations focused on quality products creation that matter . Oana acts as Agile Transformation facilitator , using Creative Solution Definition, and train and coach Agile teams (from core Business to Software development and support services) to adopt the most adapted set of practices, from Scrum to Kanban and Lean improvement techniques.
