The UX / UI design sprint

The UX & UI design sprint translates the value proposition into functionnalities, user flows, user stories, wireframes and page content validated with the users. This allows the Scrum team to digitally produce what corresponds to the needs identified during the design thinking sprint. This UX & UI designer training gives you the opportunity to safely pactice and, later on, to replicate such sprint with its tools in your work environment. It is based on the Google Venture design sprint.

This apprenticeship is downstream to a design thinking sprint and upstream to the development sprint.

You become certified in UX / UI design.

Anyone wishing to experiment with UX & UI Design in Sprint mode to develop digital solutions while being human-centric: Web : UI / UX designer, webdesigner, webmaster, web developper ; DSI : digital project leader, product manager, product designer, product owner ; Marketing : innovation lead, product manager, experience designer, brand designer.

What you learn

  • Acquire the mindset and the theoretical bases of UX & UI Design.
  • Experiment with the UX & UI Design Sprint, as the Google Venture sprint,  to then produce digitally: user stories, storymapping, user flows, tree structure, page content.
  • Identify and interview future users to collect some information. Benchmark other sites.
  • Clarify their needs and the associated functionnalities for each persona
  • Design user flows that meets their needs. Sketch and prototype paper and dynamic models with Figma while learning the UI fundamentals and the design system.
  • Test this solution with Figma (live) and Maze (remote). Iterate until it is sufficiently validated.

These objectives are aligned with the certification skills framework Innover et transformer and the framework designguides.org

Product Leader

The Product Leader is ultimately responsible with the different teams of the end to end development of a product and/or service. He/she has competencies in growth hacking, marketing digital, communication to interact with his/her teams. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator Lead helps him/her to align and onboard all the stakeholders all along the process. The Transformation Catalyst helps the teams to interact together for the common good.

Lead Product Design UX

The Product Designer is co-responsible with the UX Development Team to design and validate the digital solution with the users. He/she has competencies in UX, UI and service design to interact with his/her teams. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator helps him/her to run some UX or service design sprints. The Agile Team Coach helps the teams to become high-performing.

Sprint Facilitator Lead

The Sprint Facilitator Lead helps the organization to transform itself through collective intelligence with the sponsorship of the Creative Leader. He supports the Sprint Facilitators. He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. It relies on the Transformation Catalyst and Agile Team Coaches to help the organization and its teams become "high-performing".
