The Creative Leader is ultimately responsible for the organization to deliver value to the final user. He/she embodies the purpose of his/her organization. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator Lead and the Transformation Catalyst help him/her to make the necessary transformations.

You become a Creative Leader when you develop the skills practiced in the trainings described below. They are all about design. You learn to guide an organization and people adaptively using different postures.

  • Accompanied by experienced practitioners
  • 1 referent throughout the course
  • A skills certificate for each successful learning module
  • At the end, following your oral certification, your Product Designer certificate according to the designguides.org framework
  • Training in hybrid format: remote workshops, video, asynchronous courses
  • Equivalent to 110 hours of training without moving
  • 25 hours minimum of personal work to apply the method to your project and prepare your oral certification
  • 2 individual sessions of methodological tutoring
  • 2 personal coaching sessions (branding, voice)
  • 1 carousel of your profile on our LinkedIn page
  • Lifetime access to our exclusive LinkedIn group of Dthinkers following certification
