Public speaking is a key competency in innovation & transformation. It enables to embark people with confidence in projects to deliver more value to the end users.

Program

During the workshop, you will practice in groups, in pairs or alone. Great attention is paid to the breath, to the vocal presence, to the gestures. We start the workshop with playful and voice-liberating group exercises. Then exercises in pairs on non-verbal communication. Then, during individual exercises, we discuss a multitude of tips and techniques that are useful for everyone, but also adapted to everyone; thanks to small changes, we greatly modify the impact of our speaking. Finally, we apply the acquired knowledge to a professional presentation past or in the future.

Certification, e-coaching & the next step of your journey

Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with a digital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. E-coaching: in the next 3 months you can ask 5 advice by email to your trainer. The next steps could be to become a storyteller.

The Transformation Catalyst coaches the organization at all levels to align it with the purpose and needs of end customers. He supports the Agile Team Coaches. He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. He is assisted by the Sprint Facilitator Lead to facilitate sprints and workshops.

Creative Leader

The Creative Leader is ultimately responsible for the organization to deliver value to the final user. He/she embodies the purpose of his/her organization. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator Lead and the Transformation Catalyst help him/her to make the necessary transformations.
