• Identify the needs of an organization by auditing it with the help of our canvas.
• Discover all the innovation approches (design thinking, UX design, service design, systemic design, sustainable design, ideation sprint....) and the organizational frameworks (Design, Scrum, SaFE, projects community in network...).
• Collaboratively co-construct a roadmap as a solution to these needs.
• Test this roadmap with stakeholders and iterate.
• Define the problems to be solved with a method of collaborative innovation.
• Organize the implementation of transformation projects.
