The Growth Lead is co-responsible with the Growth Team to scale up the product and/or service. He/she has competencies in growth hacking, marketing digital, communication to interact with his/her teams. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator helps him/her to run the growth design and comm plan sprints. The Agile Team Coach helps the teams to become high-performing.

You become a Growth Lead when you develop the skills practiced in the trainings described below.

  • Accompanied by experienced practitioners
  • 1 referent throughout the course
  • A skills certificate for each successful learning module
  • At the end, following your oral certification, your Product Designer certificate according to the designguides.org framework
  • Training in hybrid format: remote workshops, video, asynchronous courses
  • Equivalent to 85 hours of training without moving
  • 40 hours minimum of personal work to apply the method to your project and prepare your oral certification
  • 2 individual sessions of methodological tutoring
  • 2 personal coaching sessions (branding, voice)
  • 1 carousel of your profile on our LinkedIn page
  • Lifetime access to our exclusive LinkedIn group of Dthinkers following certification
