The development sprint starts with the deliverables of the UX design sprint : wireframes, user stories and user flows. It ends with a value proposition digitally delivered. This Scrum Master training gives you the opportunity to safely pactice in a team setting and, later on, to replicate such sprint with its tools in your work environment.
You become a certified Scrume Master.

Anyone wishing to experiment Scrum in a development sprint mode in a team setting from the perspective of a Scrum Master to deliver digitally : project managers, team leaders, development directors, product managers, software architects, information systems architects, testers, information systems directors and technical managers.
What you learn
Understand and implement the Scrum framework
Define the team's need for a Scrum event with a briefing to fully understand the situation
Adapt this event to the situation to maximize the return on the time invested by the team as a servant leader.
Practice each of the events in turn with the posture of the Scrum Master to encourage the team to produce qualitatively.
Analyze your facilitation by collecting feedback and identify areas for self & team improvement.
Prepare for the Scrum Master certification: D+,ScrumAlliance or org
This learning workshop allows learners to take the ScrumAlliance or Scrum.org exam.

Understand the need with a brief
Understand the sequence and function of each event in the Scrum model. Each sprint and each team is different, so it is a question of understanding the need of the team at the precise moment of this development sprint.
Prepare the event to meet the needs of the team
Adjust the event to the needs of the team. Prepare it logistically. Discover appropriate warmups for these events.
Facilitate with the Scrum Master posture
Take turns facilitating events. Collect learner feedback. Analyze the Scrum Master's points of attention at these different moments of the sprint.
Certification, e-coaching & the next step of your journey
Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with a digital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. E-coaching: in the next 3 months you can ask 3 advice by email to your trainer. You might decide to build your facilitation skills with the Facilitator, service designer or Product Owner trainings. It enables you to facilitate the sprints of innovation & transformation teams.
The learners' feedback invites us to develop learning by doing workshops in iteration meeting their evolving needs. You are invited to apply filters per training type and audience since June 2020.
